You will be responsible for their site in Leicester, leading just over 100 people across Operations, Warehouse, Planning, H&S and CI. Leading the manufacturing strategy and budget, you will take accountability for a change management journey encompassing an effective and inspiring leadership style while implementing modern manufacturing methodology to drive manufacturing performance, increase capacity and reach ambitious growth targets.

You will have the autonomy to be creative and define the culture and environment required to take the business forward; develop structures, systems and skills within the existing and new workforce in readiness to meet and successfully overcome the challenges as they rapidly grow and transition to be a best-in-class class manufacturer.

Who we're looking for?

• A proven track record leading a food manufacturing operation, with a multi-discipline team. You may be an experienced Factory Manager, Head of Manufacturing or Senior Operations Manager who s ready for their first full site role.
• Extensive leadership skills with a history of delivering progressive cultural change enhancing employee capability and business unit performance.
• Experienced in driving measurable and sustainable performance improvement through implementation of world class manufacturing techniques.
